Our Shipping Policy
Shipping charges will vary depending on product purchased and selected method during checkout. We will send a tracking number to you via email as soon as your order ships. You may receive multiple tracking numbers if items are shipped separately. Orders are processed and shipped within 24 business hours and should ship the next business day unless a specific item notes otherwise, such as custom orders. International orders may take 3 -4 days for processing, please see "FAQs
" for more info. For most items we will not be able to ship to a PO Box address.
We rely on the web service shipping calculators from USPS and FedEx as this will determine the best rates based on the weight of the package and your zip code. We reserve the right to use a different shipping vendor should we diem appropriate.
All packages are shipped with a tracking or delivery confirmation to verify safe arrival. Order history in your account is updated with this information. Note that items may ship from different locations and therefore arrive separately.
- USPS First Class, Parcel Post or Best Ground, 2-8 business days, based on zone destination.
- USPS Priority or Fastest Ground, 1-5 business days depends on zone destination.
- FedEx 2-Day or Express Saver, 1-3 business days - depends on zone destination
- FedEx Overnight, 1 business day
*Shipping rates are based on weight of complete package and business days are weekdays Monday-Friday. Some USPS items may ship on Saturday. Any International Duty Taxes or VAT are the responsibility of the buyer.
Our Return Policy
Most of our products have a 30 day return policy, costumes have a 14 Days Return Policy. Please note that refunds are for the cost of the merchandise only and return shipping charges are not refundable.
Please Note - For Costumes purchased for Halloween: No returns for Halloween costumes between October 21 - November 4 (of each year). All returns must be RECEIVED in our warehouse by October 21st (due to the seasonal nature of Halloween merchandise). All orders placed or delivered on or after October 21 are final. Our regular return policy applies to orders returned before October 21st and placed after November 4th. All returns with authorization prior to October 21st, must be postmarked within 4 days. All other returns will be refused.
If you return something that has been used, worn, altered, is missing items, or is without the original packaging or garment tag you can't receive a refund for that item. So please double-check to make sure you've included all of the pieces and packaging before returning anything. The following items are NEVER returnable:
- Props that require special delivery
- Partial Party Kits
- Any item that has been worn, used or altered
Keep in mind that there may be a minimum 15% restocking fee for returned items that fall outside our normal return guidelines, including unauthorized refusal of packages. There is also a minimum 15% restocking fee if more than five of one item is ordered and returned.
There are certain items we can only take back if they're returned in the original, unopened factory-sealed packaging. These include:
- Undergarments, socks and stockings
- Shoes & Boots (Does not apply to shoe covers, boot tops, or costume shoes designed for indoor use only or one time wear)
- CD's and DVD's
- Wigs, beards, facial hair or any other artificial hair including hair pieces, hair clips/extensions, headbands, barrettes, hair accessories, and Hats with attached hair
- Prosthetics, fangs or any other fake teeth
- Party Supplies
Costume styles can change without notice due to a change in the manufacturer's production. These changes, no matter how slight, are beyond our control. We apologize for any inconvenience.
How to Return an Item
Your 100% satisfaction is our goal. If you need to return an item, first check above policy that the item is returnable.
To initiate a Return, simply:

- Enter in Subject line: Return Requested
In the body of your email message please include:
- Your Order Number
- The item you would like to return
- The reason for the return
You may also phone us at 866-647-4246, please have the above information ready when you call.
We will reply to your request within 24 business hours with further instructions, an RMA number and next steps. All returned items require a RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) number and must be returned within 14 days of shipment.
You then need to send your return through a traceable shipping method to the correct address. If you return the item without the ability to track the delivery and we don't receive the item, we will not be responsible for refunding the order.
We do our best to get you our refund as soon as possible. Generally we process returns within a week of receiving the product back. You should expect the refund after that time.
We don't offer exchanges due to quick stock turn over so if you need a different size or costume, you must place a new order for the needed replacement item(s) and return the item(s) you have already received. We ask that you do this because the item you want might be out of stock by the time we receive your return. All appropriate policies apply to all returned items.
